NOTICE FOR SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PLANNING PERMIT BY DEROGATION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLANS

(Pursuant to article 26(2) and 26(3) of the Town and Country Planning Law)

Notice is hereby given that the company Chrima Developments LTD intends to

submit an application to the Limassol District Local Government Organization (DLO)

for the granting of a planning permit in derogation of the provisions of the Declaration

Rural Policy (Kolossi Area) for the following development:

Remodeling of an existing two-story building (Ground floor and 1st floor), which

had a legal operating license as a Nursing Home, with the aim of converting it into

Private School with a capacity of 14 classrooms.

The application concerns plots with nos. 685, 686 and 687, Sheet/Plan: 53/62, Section: 0,

in the Parish of Apostle Luke in Kolossi, in the Municipality of Kourion.

More information about the application can be obtained from the Offices

of the Limassol Provincial Government Organization (PGO) and from the Offices

of the Municipality of Kourion (Municipal District of Kolossi) during working days and

hours.
